If you do not see or feel the results that you expected, call our Customer Service department within 30 days of your order and return any products (used or unused) for a complete product refund (less the cost of shipping). For the preferred customer program, the 30-day risk-free guarantee applies to the first month’s supply.
Returning products to us is both easy and convenient. You must return all merchandise (opened and unopened bottles) within 30 days of receipt. To ensure that merchandise is returned safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Shipping Methods and Rates
We strive to fulfill and ship your order in the most efficient manner. Shipping rates vary per the size of your order. Most orders ship within 2 business days after they are received. We select the shipping carrier according to the shipping method and destination address specified at the time of order. Orders shipped using the Standard Shipping method typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Due to the unpredictable nature of the shipping industry, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
